PUBLIC OFFER

This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) has been prepared in accordance with Articles 367 and 370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and constitutes a public offer containing all the essential terms of a contract for the provision of paid services to grant access to the “modme.uz” software under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

This proposal to enter into a contract (the “Offer”) is addressed to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs intending to use the “modme.uz” software to conduct their own business activities.

The contract is concluded in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, through acceptance of this Offer.

Acceptance of the Offer is the date of successful payment made by the Customer according to the selected Rate; from that moment, the contract becomes legally binding, equivalent to a contract executed in writing.

Without contradicting the provisions of this Offer, the Contractor and the Customer have the right, by mutual agreement, to formalize the contract as a separate written bilateral document confirming the relationship established on the basis of the public offer. In this case, if there is a discrepancy between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Offer, the provisions of the concluded individual Agreement shall take precedence.

This version of the Public Offer shall enter into force upon its publication on the Contractor’s website at https://modme.uz/ and shall remain in effect until the Contractor officially notifies of its withdrawal or amendment of its terms.

The Contractor has the right to withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion prior to acceptance.

Please be sure to review the text of the Offer before accepting it. If you do not agree with any specific provision of the Offer, including the applicable Annexes, in its entirety, do not accept the Offer.
