POLICY

on the Processing of Personal Data

MODME LLC

Introduction

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personal data protection, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data,” the Law “On Informatization,” as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Policy defines the procedures and principles for the processing of personal data carried out by MODME Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as MODME, the Operator) in the course of its activities.

This Policy applies to all personal data that MODME receives and processes when interacting: with users of MODME’s electronic platforms (including the website, mobile app, API interfaces, messengers, and other digital resources); with MODME’s clients and partners in the context of providing services, concluding, and executing contracts.

MODME LLC provides services to educational organizations (schools, training centers, and other institutions), processing: the personal data of its own users and partners — as the Controller and Data Owner; the personal data of clients of educational organizations (students, parents, employees) — as a Third Party, solely for the purpose of storing and ensuring the functioning of the CRM system.

MODME LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data entered by users or representatives of educational organizations, and does not use such data for any purpose other than storage, technical maintenance, and ensuring the secure operation of the service.

Before using MODME LLC’s electronic platforms, users are advised to review this Policy. By providing personal data to MODME, the user confirms their consent to its processing in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
