TARIFFS

for services providing access to the modme.uz Service

(version dated May 3, 2026)

1. This Annex defines the Tariffs, the procedure and terms of their application, and the specifics of settlements between MODME and the Customer.

2. The Annex is an integral part of the Public Offer and has equal legal force with its text.

3. Tariff information is also published on the Contractor's website in the Pricing section, where it may be updated and supplemented.

4. The cost of services is determined based on the Tariff, which depends on the number of students of the Customer.

5. For pricing purposes, a student means a unique individual learner for whom an electronic card or account is created in the Service and who has at least one active operation during the current billing period.

6. The number of students is determined on the last day of each billing period. The Customer manages the student list in its Account and is responsible for keeping it up to date.

7. If the actual number of students exceeds the maximum limit of the paid Tariff, the Customer is automatically moved to the next applicable Tariff. The difference must be paid within 5 working days after receiving the invoice.

8. The Customer may upgrade to a higher Tariff at any time by making the relevant additional payment. Downgrading to a Tariff with fewer students is possible only after the paid access period ends.

9. If this Annex differs from information on the website, the version published on the website prevails.

11. All Tariffs are set in the national currency, Uzbek soums (UZS), and are stated without VAT.

12. A Tariff payment is the amount paid by the Customer for the Contractor's services providing access to the Service under the selected Tariff.

13. The Contractor may change Tariffs, prices and terms of application by publishing a new version on the website.

14. Changes take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated in the text of the changes.

15. For already paid periods, the price and terms of the Tariff remain valid until the end of the paid period.

16. The Customer may purchase additional services not included in the Tariff under a separate agreement, such as staff training, CRM setup or integrations.

17. Such services are paid under a separate agreement.
